# Team and workspace

> Invite teammates, review videos with comments and switch between workspaces.

Bring your team into Yarn to share projects and your brand.

**Ask the Agent:** "Who's in my workspace?" · "Resolve the comments on scene 2."

The Agent can't invite or manage people, so you'll do that yourself.

## Do it yourself

### Invite teammates

1. Click **Invite Members** in the left sidebar.

2. In **Invite Team Members**, type their email addresses, separated by commas.

3. Click **Send Invites**.

Teammates sign in with the email your invite went to, and go straight to your workspace.

Each invite shows as "Invitation sent" in **Settings** under **Team Members** until it's accepted.

### Manage members

Click **Settings** in the left sidebar. **Team Members** lists everyone in your workspace.

Click ⋯ next to someone and choose **Suspend user** to remove their access right away. Choose **Activate user** to bring them back.

### Workspace name and icon

In **Settings**, under **Workspace settings**:

| Setting | How to change it |
| - | - |
| **Workspace name** | Type a new name and click **Save**. |
| **Icon** | Click to upload an image for your sidebar and notifications. Right-click it and choose **Remove** to clear it. |

### Switch workspaces

Click your workspace name at the top of the left sidebar, then pick another workspace. **Sign out** is at the bottom of the same menu.

### Review with comments

1. Press C, or click **New Agent Comment** (the speech bubble in the insert bar under the canvas), to leave a comment at the playhead. It starts with @Agent, so type what you want changed.
2. To ask a teammate instead, delete @Agent, type @ to pick them, then type your note.

The Agent answers in the thread:

| To | Do this |
| - | - |
| Reply, react or resolve | Click its marker on the timeline to open the thread, then reply, add an emoji or click **Resolve**. |
| Edit or delete | Hover your comment and choose **Edit** or **Delete** from its ⋯. |
| Move it | Drag its marker. |

Projects with new comments show an unread count in the Library.
