# Plan and credits

> See how many credits you've used, add more and manage billing.

Credits pay for the work Yarn does for you, so it helps to know how many you have left.

**Ask the Agent:** "How many credits do I have left?"

The Agent can't change your plan, so you'll do that yourself.

## What uses credits

* Agent requests, including @Agent comments and requests from Claude
* Demos Yarn makes for you
* Images the Agent makes, and clips it makes from an image with Seedance
* Recordings and new voiceover lines
* Re-timing animations
* Imports, like YouTube videos

## Do it yourself

### See your credits

Click **Settings** in the left sidebar and scroll to **Your Plan**.

### Get more credits

1. Under **Your Plan**, open the credits menu and pick a monthly amount.
2. Click **Upgrade**. If you've upgraded before, the button reads **Update**.
3. Finish checkout in your browser.

If you pick a smaller amount, the change starts when your plan renews. Click **Cancel downgrade** to keep your current amount.

To change your card, see invoices or cancel, click **Manage payment & cancellation**. Canceled by mistake? Click **Resume plan** before your plan ends.

### When you run out

Anything that uses credits pauses until your credits reset or you add more. The Agent shows a message like "Your organization has used its monthly credits", and an **Upgrade** button appears in the left sidebar. Click it to open Settings, then scroll to **Your Plan**.

If a payment fails, the same happens until you update your card with **Manage payment & cancellation**.
