# Library and projects

> Find, organize and share your projects, and keep drafts private until they're ready.

Your Library keeps every project in one place, so it's easy to pick up where you left off.

**Ask the Agent:** "Rename this project to Q4 Launch." · "Open my Onboarding Tour project."

## Do it yourself

### The left sidebar

| Item | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Library** | Shows every project you can see, your drafts included. |
| **Your Drafts** | Shows your private projects. |
| Project tabs | The projects you have open. Hover a tab and click × to close it, or drag to reorder. |
| **New draft** | Starts a new project. You can also press ⌘N. |
| **Invite Members** | Invites teammates to your workspace. |
| **Context** | What Yarn knows about your product, and your playbooks. See [Context](https://docs.yarn.so/workspace/context.md). |
| **Brand Kit** | Opens your brand's colors, fonts and defaults. With more than one brand, it's **Brand Kits**. |
| **Settings** | Your account and workspace settings. |
| **Upgrade** | Shows when you're out of credits. See [Plan and credits](https://docs.yarn.so/workspace/plan-and-credits.md). |

### Find a project

At the top of the Library, type in **Search**, pick a sort order (**Newest first**, **Oldest first**, **A - Z** or **Z - A**), and switch between **Grid** and **List**. To group projects, click **New Collection** under **Collections**.

### Manage a project

Right-click a project, or click its ⋯, to rename it, copy it and more.

| Option | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Move to** your workspace | Shares a draft with your team. |
| **Make Private Draft** | Makes a shared project you made private again. |
| **Add to Collection** | Puts the project in a collection. It shows once you've made one with **New Collection**. |
| **Delete** | Removes it from your Library right away. There's no undo, so double-check first. |

To copy the project you have open, choose **Duplicate project** from the ⋯ menu next to the panel tabs. The copy opens right away.

### Drafts

A new project starts as a draft that only you can see, with a **Draft** badge. If you @mention a teammate in a comment on a draft, it moves to your workspace so they can see it.
